Pacific Product Sales, Inc

In 1987 the Caley Company was founded by Steve Caley in the basement in his home. The sole employee for nearly two years he covered the Pacific Northwest. As he added employees the Caley Company ceased to exist and Pacific Product Sales was formed. In 2007 PPS purchased Olympics Sales & Marketing out of Vashon Island, WA. During the late 2000's recession Steve's acquistions didn't stop and he purchased Pinnacle Sales of Colorado Springs, this helped form Pinnacle Product Sales our Rocky Mountain agency. Western Sales & Service was then purchased in 2015. And in 2022 we added an inside sales representative based out of Denver, CO bringing our company to over10 sales people.

We cover 9 states and 2 Provinces for the HVAC/R industry. We've been dedicated to excellent customer service, product training, and sales growth throughout our territory since our inception.

Kyle joined the agency in 2007 after receiving a BA in Marketing/Management. Since then he's worked his way from Inside Sales to cover Eastern Washington, Montana, Alaska, Canada. He know covers Western Wastington and Alaska and became President of PPS in July 2016.
Tim joined PPS in 1996 after working on the contractor side of the business for nearly a decade. Since day one Tim has been a consistent All Star for our vendors and PPS. He covers Oregon and Southern Idaho.

Wayne joined PPS in 2017 after years working at a Wholesale Distributor in Utah for a decade. Wayne has significant experience bidding large commercial projects and covers Utah and Southern Idaho.
Austin joins our organization in the winter of 2025 after multiple years working for a local wholesaler and contractor in Northern Idaho. Austin will cover Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho, & Montana for PPS.
